As a citizen from Catalonia, north east of spain, I want to say that Tomasz is saying the truth. There is a lot of towers, castles and churches in this area and the the sky in that area it's also always blue and sunny!
And actually this is not the best picture of Carcasona (Carcassone), that i was catalan, because it seems a very small castle, and Carcasona it is a fucking amazing medieval age city-fortess!
In June I revisited one of my favourite places in the world, Innsbruck, together with a couple of friends. We spent four days hiking, talking and enjoying the local food, beer and wine. I also visited Tyrolia in search for a book about bread baking and purchased "Brot" by Bernd Armbrust.
I have probably been baking bread on ten occasions in my life so far. During the last months I had a feeling that this is something that I maybe should learn a little bit better. Hence the book.
I really appreciate, as a novice, the German simpliness and love for bread that is conveyed by the author. I decided to go with each of the recepies in the book to discover the bread palet of Herr Armbrust. When I am done, I guess I will either use the recepies we liked the most again, or try to alter them in order to create new pieces according to our taste in flavour, structure, aroma and occasional wickedness.
This blog is an aswer to a request by two people, who had a suggestion that I describe my adventures and creations in the form of a blog: my wife Daria and my friend Albert.

Let me guess the location - Carcassonne?
Someone beat me to the first guess.
Thomasz, you must make it harder to guess. Obviously it is the same place as the previous posting. Probably just the other side of the wall.
How do I know, you wonder?
Judging from the light in the sky it is taken at the same time of day. The sky has not really changed at all. And the dirt seems to be quite similar.
Am I right again? If not I will buy you a cappucino in "Dronningens By" once you get home!
